Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

CRA Legal is working with a reputable, renowned law firm with a national presence who are looking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer. Our client is a leading and award-winning law firm, due to continued expansion a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential conveyancer to join the team. This is a perfect opportunity to join an established and award-winning business with real progression and development opportunities.
This role will see you:
- Manage a suitably sized caseload
- Ensure all activity within the team is completed in accordance with strict deadlines and in line with set KPIs and SLAs
- Meet all individual targets and objectives
- Update all panel members/stakeholders
- Communicate over the telephone, email and in face-to-face meetings.

About you:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a prior conveyancing fee earner role (but all levels considered including more senior)
- Confident in dealing with leasehold, new build and shared ownership sale and purchases
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Competent use of Microsoft 365, and general IT skills
- Knowledge of case management systems and updating panel websites
