Customer Success Manager

The Company:

  • Their solution maximises marketing and sales opportunities, from identification through to successfully winning!

The Opportunity:

Joining the existing Customer Success team you will assume control of a large client base or around 300 accounts.

Starting from post-sale, a major part of your role will be the successful onboarding on new clients. Work with them closely to ensure their initial experiences of the platform drive a successful long-term partnership!

Once past onboarding, you will assume ownership of then "business as usual" client management; check-ins, usage, adoption!

It's a large portfolio, so you'll need to be smart with your time and effective with your client management strategy.

The good news, renewals are managed by your account manager, so you can focus on relationship and platform usage!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Success Executive or Manager role, in the SaaS space is preferable.
  • Otherwise, so B2B client management experience is perfectly workable.
  • Experience managing 100+ clients at the same time, and familiarity with delivering one-to-many communication is essential.
  • Technically savvy - it's not a complex product but someone with a keen interest in tech will definitely fit in.
  • High-energy and keen to get stuck in!
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  • The desire to learn and improve. No ego's here!
  • A team player! Support the team, learn from the team, be part of the team!
  • Experience of working with Sales leaders or MD level decision makers.
  • Experience of working with Public Sector organisations is beneficial.

The Package:

  • A base salary up to £34k, plus a £12k bonus, unlimited comms and a company bonus!
  • 25 Days holiday, plus BH.
