Burman are supporting a key client to appoint a Human Resources Business Partner on a full time and permanent basis. Please apply below if of interest :)
Main Duties
- Collaborate with senior managers and stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Review and enhance organisational structures and processes.
- Assist in workforce planning and ensure effective recruitment and retention.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, organisational change, and policy interpretation.
- Lead HR service improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date legal knowledge.
- Manage HR Advisers and oversee their casework.
- Advise on complex cases and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Support senior managers with training, coaching, and development.
- Contribute to HR department initiatives and projects.
Personal Specifications
Essential:
- Level 7 CIPD Qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and project management
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR information systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop staff
Desirable:
- Experience in a unionized environment
- Knowledge of tribunal processes and UKVI rules
