Service Care Solutions is hiring an experienced Damp Surveyor for a client in Greenwich. The role involves conducting property surveys, diagnosing and addressing issues related to condensation and damp, and overseeing remedial works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough surveys focused on damp and condensation.
- Diagnose and remediate mould and damp issues, understanding their causes and impacts.
- Utilize knowledge of building structures to identify problems and specify solutions.
- Use diagnostic tools and monitor conditions seasonally.
- Create accurate drawings, floor plans, and improvement specifications.
- Manage procurement, tender processes, and supervise works to completion.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Respond to tenant concerns and collaborate with external partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in damp diagnosis and building surveys.
- Good understanding of building structures and fault diagnosis.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Good communication and tenant relations skills.
