Our client, an award-winning construction consultancy, are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Estimator to join their team of approx. 30 working from their Northampton Office. On offer is an excellent package with a salary of up to £70,000 DOE and 24-days holiday plus bank holidays. The Senior Estimator will have the chance to work across a broad range of residential and commercial projects with values ranging from £500,000 up to £16 million. The Senior Estimator will be assisting contractors through completing tenders and bills of quantities on projects.

Senior Estimator Job Overview
- Organize estimation files, complete tenders, and maintain detailed project records.
- Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and specialists to ensure smooth tendering processes, while proactively following up on quotations.
- Perform accurate take-offs for residential and commercial projects, utilizing appropriate tools and software.
- Provide professional insights and value engineering advice to clients, incorporating feedback and managing project revisions.
- Handle communications, administrative duties, and support for colleagues and directors.

Senior Estimator Job Requirements
- Deep understanding of the building industry.
- Highly organized and deadline-driven.

- Relevant qualifications and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry.
