Administrator
£25,000-£27,000 per annum
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm
As an administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Handling phone calls, emails, and enquiries from clients and candidates
- Updating and maintaining our database and records
- Preparing and sending invoices and contracts
- Scheduling interviews and meetings
- Assisting consultants with administrative tasks
- Ordering office supplies and equipment
- Ensuring the office is clean and organised
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrator or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive and professional attitude
