Your Role:
- Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring top-notch service
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners
- Manage and resolve service cases efficiently
- Grow your skills in a supportive environment
- Gain expertise in small & medium business IT solutions (Microsoft Windows, Office 365, networking, etc.)
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a service role (not necessarily IT)
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
