REED are working with an established and highly successful beauty company based in Norfolk, recruiting for the position of Account Manager to join their team on a Permanent full-time basis.
This is a field-based role, where you will be managing a portfolio of existing clients, along with targeting new business to build new long-term relationships, driving revenue for the company.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven individual with proven proactive sales experience to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Delivery and Growth within your territory- Norwich, Cambridge, Ipswich, and Bury St Edmunds.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and actively look to grow these wherever possible through consistent engagement and relationship management, promoting products available
- Responsible for generating leads for New Business opportunities
- Presenting to potential customers through direct communication: face to face meetings, telephone calls and email, on the product portfolio and the reasons why the company should be their preferred supplier
- Actively and Successfully manages the Sales process from generating the lead – pitch – close – account management.
- Participate in team sales meetings
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Professional with clients at all times
- Self-Motivated, Tenacious Self-Starter
- Approachable with personal presentation- always professional
- Enthusiastic when discussing Our Products
- Team Player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full Clean Driving License
Package:
- Salary of £25,000-£27,000 dependant on experience, uncapped commission (expected earnings between £35,000-£70,000)
