Employment Type:

Full-time - 35 hours per week - Up to £15 per hour. (£27,300 per annum) plus bonuses.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Representative.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads, setting appointments, and driving sales through proactive outbound calls. You will be the voice of the company, responsible for presenting products and services to potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuading them to take the next step in the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to a list of prospects provided by the company, aiming to generate leads, set appointments, and close sales.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers by understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Product Presentation: Clearly and persuasively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain a consistent follow-up process with potential leads to convert them into customers.
  • Database Management: Accurately record all customer interactions, including call details, lead status, and follow-up actions, in the CRM system.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales and appointment-setting targets.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in telemarketing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, or outbound sales is essential.

  • Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional phone manner.

  • Persuasion: Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.

  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated and positive.

  • Time Management: Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.

Compensation:

  • Salary: Up to £15 per hour (£27,300 per annum)
  • Laptop, Phone and all systems supplied
  • Hours of work 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (30 minutes lunch)
  • Commission/Bonus: Competitive commission structure and performance-based bonuses.
