Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and set quality assurance compliance objectives to achieve targets.
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
- Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
- Interact with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.
- Provide training and support to the quality assurance team.
- Drive continuous improvements through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
