My client is a leading Legal membership organisation is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager.
If you are an experienced marketing manager working for a trade association, membership body, professional body, regulatory body, not for profit, or similar.
The Role of Marketing Manager
Membership recruitment and retention:
Work with the Head of Marketing to:
identify new opportunities for member acquisition, developing and delivering campaigns to attract new members and optimising the onboarding experience.
Increase member engagement and retention rates
Lead the promotion of our products and services to current and potential new members, using a range of digital and offline channels.
These will include:
training and learning courses/content
books and publications
podcast
conferences
Work with the Communications Manager to ensure marketing activity forms part of the communications schedule.
Training and events:
Lead on the organisation of (and work with the Head of Marketing to grow) the annual member awards programme including nominations, judging process and the gala awards evening.
Working alongside the Professional Development function to promote events and training including our flagship National Conference.
Provide support to sponsors and exhibitors at conferences and events to ensure the delivery of the sponsorship agreement.
Branding and Design
Work as part of a team to create style guide and brand guidelines.
Manage the relationship with external designers.
Online and digital marketing:
Assist with the promotion of our products and services to new and existing members through our new website; ensuring promotional information on the site is clear and up to date.
Ensure website content is up to date and used to promote membership benefits to current and potential members
Use our social media and other channels to promote products and services.
