About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our client's global PMO team. This role focuses primarily on business change and digital transformation projects. You will collaborate with various business services functions to deliver impactful programmes and projects, often working with third-party suppliers or solution providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define business cases with sponsors and stakeholders, and create comprehensive project plans.
  • Maintain and update project documentation to reflect evolving project needs.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with all stakeholders, managing communication and regular project status updates.
  • Oversee daily project management tasks, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and track project progress.
  • Manage project finances, ensuring alignment with the budget and taking corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure a smooth project closure, including transitioning to business as usual and capturing lessons learned.

Key Skills Needed:

  • Proven experience in business change and digital transformation projects.
  • Strong leadership and team player abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
