On behalf of our client in a vibrant industry, we are seeking an HR Project Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. Located in East Sussex, this role is ideal for a proactive and experienced HR professional who excels in managing and implementing HR projects within a dynamic environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Project Manager or similar role, preferably within the aviation or related industry.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices in project management.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, capable of motivating teams to produce quality work within tight timeframes.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
