Investment Administrator

On behalf of a well-established and professional client, Reward Recruitment is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Investment Administrator who is detail-focused to join their investment team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the financial advisers and ensuring the smooth operations of client's portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare regular operational reports for the board of directors and investment committee.

2. Managing and resolving client queries in a professional and timely manner.

3. Assisting the investment manager with both quantitative and qualitative research on the model portfolios and their underlying funds.

4. Processing clients' application forms and investment transactions, adhering to strict SLAs.

5. Liaising effectively with investment advisers, third-party providers, and custodians.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

7. Assist with meeting preparation, which includes producing reports and taking meeting minutes.

8. Proactively identify and address potential issues with the investment administration process.

If you are qualified to A-Level as a minimum and have a basic understanding of investment principles and financial products with previous experience in financial services we would love to hear from you.

Salary range: Up to £30,000 plus benefits
