Full-time - 08:30am - 17:00pm
Reed is actively recruiting on behalf of an established business for a Customer Account Specialist.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has experience within Account Management and Customer Service.
As a Customer Account Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Setup of new customer accounts, processing Application Forms, End User Statements.
- Communicate with customer, suppliers and colleagues over the phone and via email.
- Manual Order entry, Order processing & Order acknowledgments.
- Quote and Data entry.
- Designated Account responsibility, dealing directly with the Manufacturing partner.
