Our client, a fast-growing organisation in Guildford, is seeking Temporary Customer Service Advisors to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and customer-focused organisation.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Be a Brand Ambassador for the organisation, representing their values and commitment to excellent service
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset, always striving to go above and beyond
- Prior experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Affinity with technical product support is a plus
