Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 + uncapped commission, OTE £45,000 - £50,000

The role of the Branch Manager - Security, CCTV & Lighting will involve:
- Branch Manager position managing a branch selling a range security products including: alarms, fire safety equipment, cameras, access control systems, monitors etc.
- Selling into: Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers, Project Managers, main contractors, housebuilders and sub-contractors, property owners, facilities managers
- Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales and health & safety
- Working within stock level guidelines, whilst managing the budget and funds allocation
- Increasing sales whilst maintaining existing customer base
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided
- Providing training, development and motivation to all branch personnel (3)
The ideal applicant will be Branch Manager - Security, CCTV & Lighting with:
- Must have branch management experience managing at least 3 direct staff
- Ideally will have experience within the security industry however not essential
- Previous sales experience beneficial
- Excellent communication skills written and verbally
- Good understanding of H&S practices
- Outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personality
- Comfortable with working both autonomously and as part of a team
