Receptionist

Our client offers office spaces to rent to businesses across a range of different industries. They are looking for a Receptionist, to act as the main and first point of contact for businesses who are renting spaces in the centre.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants, welcome clients into the building with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Deal with any queries regarding the building space, such as office issues, maintenance issues and repairs
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with tenants
  • Answer the phones dealing with any existing/new enquiries regarding office spaces
  • Deal with any other ad hoc duties as they come

Skills & Experience

  • Confident and personable character
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Microsoft Word/Excel experience
  • Organised and able to plan/manage own workload
