Client Details

My client is a Global Leader within their category renowned for quality and innovation and partnering with retailers and brand owners.

Description

  • Develop and manage relationship with Tesco and Amazon Accounts
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the customer's business, the competitive market place, category performance and consumer insight, in order to secure its position as a "trusted category advisor".
  • Identify and exploit new product development opportunities.
  • Ensure the preparation and management a detailed critical path process.
  • Prepare an annual customer account plan in order to meet the budgeted requirements set
  • Produce a monthly forecast for all customers ensuring that it effectively communicates all known customer activities.

Profile

  • Ideally you will need experience managing Tesco
  • Strong financial literacy and the ability to work with a product costing process
  • Working knowledge of the manufacturing process
  • Ability to understand customer and market data in order to improve business performance and enhance forecast accuracy
  • Communication:
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Well developed negotiations skills
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non technical personnel
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • A second European language would be helpful, but not essential
  • Need to be in the North West head office 1 day per week minimum
