Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Management: Assess and approve credit for new and existing customers.
- Debt Collection: Follow up on outstanding debts via phone, email, and letters.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on credit status and collections.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure smooth credit transactions.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in credit control or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attitude: Proactive, assertive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
