Harmonic are delighted to be working with one of the top brands in the personal care industry, backed by some of the UK's most renowned investors. Our client is transforming the supplement world by offering the tools to improve and take control of your personal health both men and women.
Following a successful Series B the business has scaled to over 200 headcount, with an extremely strong senior leadership team and great culture. Our client is looking for an Interim Finance Manager for a 3 month period with potential to extend or go permanent.
The role
We're seeking a dynamic and technically proficient qualified accountant to fill the role of Finance Manager. In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our day-to-day financial operations, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of financial reports, and upholding the businesses compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Support with integration of recent acquisitions from a balance sheet and P&L perspective.
- Assess and refine existing and new processes to align with business requirements.
- Support with system transformation to NetSuite.
- Guarantee compliance with financial regulations across all business functions.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Enhance financial reporting capabilities while gaining a comprehensive understanding of financial data.
- Engage in various ad-hoc finance projects as needed.
What we need to see:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA)
- Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth (start-up or scale-up) environment

Day Rate/Salary: £350-450 or £75-85k FTC
