Role: Multi-Trade Operative:
Experience Required:
- Plumbing: Proficiency in plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance.
- Carpentry: Skilled in carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and repairs.
- Electrical: Competent in electrical work, such as wiring, fixture installation, and troubleshooting.
Working Hours:
- Start at 6:00 AM at our yard.
- Travel to various sites throughout the day.
- Finish work by 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
- Waterproof structures, ensuring long-lasting protection against moisture.
- Address water ingress issues promptly.
- Damp-proof walls, floors, and basements.
Requirements:
- Clean Driving License: You'll be traveling between sites, so a valid driving license is essential.
- CSC Card: Certification in Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).
- Clear DBS Check: We prioritize safety and trustworthiness.
Compensation:
- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications).
