- Manage orders received by the company in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work with other employees to resolve any issues identified.
- Follow processes and procedures set.
- Resolve any issues with processing orders received.
- Maintain records and keep catalogues up to date.
- Produce reports and metrics as required.
- Support the sales team in their efforts
- Attend relevant sales meetings or functions as required.
- Minimum 5 years' administration experience in a fast paced environment
