Key Responsibilities for Sales Coordinator

  • Manage orders received by the company in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work with other employees to resolve any issues identified.
  • Follow processes and procedures set.
  • Resolve any issues with processing orders received.
  • Maintain records and keep catalogues up to date.
  • Produce reports and metrics as required.
  • Support the sales team in their efforts
  • Attend relevant sales meetings or functions as required.
  • Minimum 5 years' administration experience in a fast paced environment
