Description
- Processing payroll for all employees
- Ensuring accuracy of payroll and accounts information
- Handling payroll and accounts queries
- Assisting with month-end procedures
- Reconciling payroll and account reports
- Ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations
- Working as part of the Accounting & Finance team
- Maintaining confidentiality of payroll and account information
Profile
A successful Accounts/ Payroll Clerk should have:
- Qualifications in Accounting and/or Finance
- Proficient skills in payroll and accounts management software
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
- Ability to work well in a team
