Title: Service Platform Logistics Operation Associate

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Platform Logistics Operation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record of warehousing/fulfillment and transportationoperational execution backgroundand ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Operational Coordination:
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.
- Ensure all logistics activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, meeting client requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, order accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on logistics performance to clients and senior management.
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
- Identify potential issues in the supply chain and develop proactive solutions.
- Address and resolve any logistics-related problems, coordinating with relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
Contract and SLA Management:
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with clients and logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions, managing renewals and amendments, as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of contracts and agreements.
- Identifyareas of opportunities for revenue loss in FC operations, transportation and recommend action plans
- Drive margin improvement from given services to customers.
Invoice Data Management:
- Profound understanding of customer rate cards, contracts, charging rules in Platform Services and 3PL Warehousing, Fulfillment Operations.
- Ability to audit transactions/activities vs. rate card; identify the gaps, non-captured tasks in the operations by providing feedback and taking corrective actions in FC operations.
- Provide accurate and timely data for invoice creation, ensuring all billable activities are captured. Create customer specific, individual data reporting as supporting part of monthly customer invoices; send these timely to Customers. Answer all the invoice related inquiries of customers; elaborate with management on disputes, exceptions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to verify and validate billing information.
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing promptly.
- Ensure invoice matches the contractual agreement with Customers
Skills and Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or account management, preferably within the 3PL industry. Fulfillment Operations, warehousing operations background in operational data, invoicing, freight auditing is a big advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships as Customer Servicegained in 3PL/Fulfillment/Transportation Service Providers is an asset.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- The usage of Accounting Software, Freight Audit is an advantage, but not essential.
