Your new role

We are looking to recruit a number of non-residential house parents to provide exceptional levels of care and support to the residential students. As supporting House Parent, you will work within the boarding area during term time and when on duty (afternoons and evenings). You will share fully in the life of the whole boarding community, contributing to the running of social and other events to sustain and develop the whole community.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Kind, patient, friendly and approachable, with flexibility and empathy.
  • Passionate about the development of young people.
  • Appreciation and understanding of the context of international education, with sensitivity to the diverse needs of international students and their families.
  • SVQ3 Qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent (desirable)
