We are now looking for a Product Development Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a Product Development Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of products, including instructor-led training, qualifications, and e-learning products.
As a key player in our Awarding Organisation, you'll manage the full product lifecycle, drive our e-learning strategy, and guide a talented team of Technical Developers and Product Developers. With an initial focus on training and qualifications, you'll also play a pivotal role in growing our e-learning portfolio, setting the foundation for its long-term success.
Managing a team of up to three reports, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier products, ensuring that our customers have an outstanding learning experience.
Additionally, you will:
- Lead product development projects from concept to launch
- Manage cross-functional collaboration to integrate e-learning platforms
- Drive the e-learning strategy and guide its long-term success
- Provide leadership and development opportunities to direct reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
About You
To be considered as a Product Development Manager, you will need:
- Experience managing the development of educational or training products
- Experience managing both classroom-based and e-learning product development
- Experience with e-learning platforms such as Articulate Storyline or Moodle
- Leadership and people management experience, with a focus on team development
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location)
