Office Administrator - c£35,000 (pro rata - flexible hours available)
A successful and expanding IT company based in Hertfordshire, is looking for an Office Administrator to join it's growing team, based in its Borehamwood head office.
Working in the office Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible hours are also an option), this is an exciting, busy role where you will be expected to self-manage your workload to ensure the sales team is fully supported.
Working closely with the sales team, customers and suppliers, the Administrator will be responsible for supporting a team who are customer focused and offer an award-winning service.
The successful Office Administrator must:
- Have at least 2 years' experience of office administration
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be confident with great relationship building skills
- Be able to prioritise a busy workload with a strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel
- Have good time management and organizational skills
- Have basic mathematical knowledge
