2 nd Line Service Desk Engineer - London Remote/Hybrid - £32 - 36K
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2_nd_ Line Service Desk Engineer to join an expanding company based in London! This opportunity would suit a dynamic individual who is looking to work within an operationally mature team.
The role:
- Management and support to an appropriate level; solutions such as physical servers, networking, SAN infrastructure, virtualised solutions, security, Azure.
- Responding to alerts created proactive monitoring, ITSM & security tools, together with day-to-day management of client solutions such as Azure Backup and Site Recovery, VMware virtualised infrastructure and supporting SAN storage etc.
- Assisting in updating and deploying existing and new technologies / installation guides and ensuring client documentation is up to date.
The ideal candidate:

Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Service Desk Engineer.
