A prominent global organization is seeking an adept EMEA Total Rewards Senior Manager to join their dynamic HR team in Middlesex.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of reward programs, policies, and procedures across the EMEA region.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies for EMEA.
  • Collaborate with talent management and people development colleagues to ensure a cohesive employee experience.
  • Align with HR Mid-Term Plan objectives to establish and implement long-term total rewards management strategies.
  • Provide strategic guidance on reward programs to HR business partners and local teams across EMEA.
  • Analyze reward data to enhance program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of compensation and benefits trends within the EMEA region.
  • Oversee annual salary reviews and bonus processes for EMEA executives.
  • Manage and mentor reward team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 8+ years of total rewards management experience, preferably in a large international organization.
  • Proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing total rewards programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and influencing decisions without direct reporting lines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
