Salary: £14.75 Per hour
Working period: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Assignment period: 3-6 Months Ongoing

Our Customer Service Advisor work within Council Tax environment. You will be working as part of a team to be the first point of contact for residents regarding council tax enquiries
You will be expected to provide a high standard of work to the role.
Your role will / may also include working with:
Key responsibilities:
Handling inbound calls related to Council Services including Council Tax
Assist residents with understanding their council tax bills, payments and account details.
Set up and manage Direct debits, payment plans and other payment options
Assist with Council tax related issues such as arrears, disputes and exemptions
Ensure compliance with council policies, procedure and legal requirements
Maintain accurate up to date record of customer interactions.
Essential:
Experience of answering enquiries relating to CTAX billing and recovery. (Essential)
Experience of using Revenue systems such as NEC Northgate. (Essential)
Must have a current BPSS certification that will cover the duration of the placement (Essential)
