Our client is a global insurance company with a strong commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. Our Investor Relations team plays a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with investors and ensuring smooth operations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Investor Relations Administrator to join our team on a 6-month temporary basis. This role involves interacting with investors, handling low-level queries related to funds, and managing client contacts. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and a willingness to contribute to our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Communicate with investors, providing information and addressing queries related to funds and investment opportunities.
  • New Client Onboarding: Process new client applications, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-up.
  • Contact Maintenance: Maintain client records, update contact information, and assist with any necessary administrative tasks.
  • Spreadsheet Management: Regularly use spreadsheets (Excel) to organise and analyse data. Basic formula knowledge (e.g., sum, averaging, filtering) is essential.
  • Degree Not Required: While a degree is beneficial, we value relevant experience. Candidates with a science, mathematics, or economics background are encouraged to apply.
  • Interest in Finance/Investment: A passion for the finance and investment field is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, demonstrating enthusiasm and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Office-Based Role: Initially, the role will be office-based for 4-5 days a week during the probationary period.

Qualifications:

  • Previous administration, office, or operations experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Science, mathematics, or economics background (degree preferred but not required).
  • Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
