They are actively seeking a proactive IT Assistant to work closely with the IT Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations across their offices in Sevenoaks and Tonbridge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support and resolve user queries across all systems and applications.
- Liaise with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
- Manage telecom systems, including user setup, fault resolution, and softphone licenses.
- Administer and support Land Registry accounts, handling user setup and resets.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, such as cabling, monitors, and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and asset tracking across offices.
- Assist with video conferencing setups in meeting rooms.
- Coordinate user onboarding, hardware setup, and account closures.
- Make updates to Word templates and other document systems.
- Conduct IT inductions for new staff and maintain the internal intranet page.
