We have a great opportunity for a CRM Analyst to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Cotswolds office in Cheltenham. As our CRM Analyst, you will be working alongside the 1st line support and 2nd line support team, to provide day to day support on our CRM environments (Dynamics 365); ensuring that the CRM is administered and supporting any escalated queries

  • Receive and manage internal user CRM support calls.

  • Ensure business processes are adhered to by end users.

  • Provide consistent and robust communication to all users in respect to business and system processes.

  • Provide support to both internal and external customers using the Dynamics platform.

  • Log support calls with 3rd party suppliers where required.

  • Maintaining a log of the support calls within the companies ITSM tool.

  • Resolve calls internally where possible or escalate to 3rd party suppliers as appropriate.

  • Report on the performance of the CRM and support statistics to management.

  • Control access to environments by CRM support and consultants.

  • Set up, test and maintain user groups which control user access by role.

  • Set up and maintain user access and other security features.

  • Liaising with the system trainer, manage training requirements of CRM users.

  • Highlight when end users require training.

  • Advise on the feasibility of requested Support changes and present to the Change Control Board for authorisation.

  • Keep a log of Support configuration changes in the various environments.

  • Carry out configuration changes as required or manage the changes made by consultants.

  • Communicate with CRM users as necessary on support issues, new functionality and other changes.

  • Periodically assist with testing and implementation of any new functionality.

  • Creating and developing reports within CRM as and when requested by the business.

  • Liaising with the report developers, control the application and testing of new reports.

  • Provide ad-hoc data extracts and reports as and when required.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on Dynamics, problem resolutions, and other procedures.

  • Effectively manage own workload including planning and prioritization.

  • Adhere to the IT Security Strategy at all times.
