Part-time or full-time Accounts Administrator

(please note that due to the location of the office you will need to be a driver with your own transport)
£28,000 - £30,000 (pro-rata)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client based in Egham, who are seeking a diligent and organised Accounts Administrator to join their team. You will be taking over all accounting duties handled internally and working closely with a fantastic external Accountant.
Our client is open to someone who is looking for part-time or full-time employment, and they are open to discussing hybrid working options. Please note that for part-time hours, this role will likely need 3.5 - 4 days to complete.
Job duties:
- Providing accounts payable duties including invoices, bank reconciliations, resolving queries and producing payment runs
- Supporting with VAT preparation and submission
- Assisting with year end accounts preparation
- Keeping track of profit and loss and balance sheets
- Providing foreign currency entry
- Creating reports and financial statements
- Entering data and maintaining records
- Assisting with credit control and chasing up any payments
- Working closely with the external Accountant
Requirements:
- Solid experience within accounts and finance, ideally foreign currency entry
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using Quickbooks, or another finance package
- A proactive approach to work with a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask
