We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join our client, an established logistics business within the Mid Kent area.
Please note, this is a site based role due to the nature of the organisation.
Description
Duties include:
- Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Analysis of financial data.
- Completion of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Weekly payroll.
- Preparing for Annual Account Audit.
- Working closely with Directors and senior stakeholders.
- Other adhoc responsibilities and projects.
Profile
The successful Finance Manager should have:
- Confident in using SAGE50.
- Proven experience in a finance management role within the logistics industry is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- An ability to bring new ideas forward and enhance current processes.
- A confident communicator.
