They are looking for an experienced Accounts & Tax Senior Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.

As an Accounts & Tax Senior Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Setting performance expectations and leading teams to meet them
- Maintaining regular and proactive communication with clients, identifying needs and suggesting improvements
- Applying technical expertise in accounting and tax, interpreting laws, regulations, and standards for a diverse client portfolio
- Demonstrating strong communication skills when working with both clients and team members
- Reviewing the production of accounts for a range of clients, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
- Managing and reviewing tax returns prepared by junior staff
- Assisting the partners with the growth of the business
Requirements

- Experience gained within an accountancy firm
