Job Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact to all customers and clients
- You will provide excellent customer service via telephone and email to customers ensuring you are always friendly and professional
- Liaising with other departments when needed
- Administration tasks when needed
- Establishing the needs of the customer, fact finding and having an inquisitive nature to ensure correct information is requested and obtained.
Experience and Skills
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic with strong communication skills
- Hard working with a can-do attitude
- Persuasive with good negotiation skills
- Resilience to tackle tough situations and be able to problem solve
- Minimum C grade in GCSE's Maths and English - or equivalent.
