JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a Payroll Officer to process their payroll data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Payroll Changes: Accurately update and manage all payroll amendments in our payroll system.
- Primary Contact for Queries: Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related questions from HR staff and employees, ensuring timely and effective resolution of all issues.
- Execute Payroll Runs: Prepare and conduct both weekly and monthly payroll runs, ensuring accuracy and making any necessary corrections.
- Handle Ad-Hoc Requests: Address and process ad-hoc payroll requests as they arise to support the team and organisation.
Requirements:
- Payroll Experience: Experience working in a payroll department, preferably within a multi-site organisation.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Ability to Multi-task: Capable of efficiently managing a diverse and busy workload.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
- IT Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT tools.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
