Salary: £65,000 - £75,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quantity surveying efforts for residential development projects, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
- Manage contractual relationships and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with project teams to manage budgets, contracts, and procurement processes effectively.
Requirements:
- Able to work on own initiative, with the drive to take ownership of projects
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- comprehensive understanding of construction processes, contracts, and financial management principles.
