People Services Manager

As a People Services Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead the HR team, the volunteering team, and their activities.

The role covers a range of duties to support the organisation's People Services department, including:

Ensuring that all managers, staff and volunteers are provided with a high standard of support and guidance.

Managing four direct reports and being the main contact point for HR and volunteering matters; not as a hands-on requirement, but moreso in terms of managing external relationships.

Working closely with the Director of People Services to support delivery of the people strategy and organisation-wide strategy.

This is an all-encompassing role with a mix of management, delivery and strategy - perfect for a HR professional wanting variety in their people career.

The position is part of their Leadership Team, who in turn work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, so there is real opportunity for you to make a value-added contribution to an amazing organisation.
