We are currently seeking a Temporary Corporate Receptionist to join our client's dynamic team.
- Job Title: Temporary Corporate Receptionist
- Hourly Rate: £12.00
- Hours: 8am-5pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, in a corporate environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
