Dani at Avocet Commercial Careers is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a Client Experience (CX) and Events Assistant to join a leading law firm in Exeter. This dynamic role sits at the heart of the firm's Client Delivery programme, offering a unique chance to make a significant impact on client satisfaction and event management.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Client Delivery Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Client Development Manager, Events Executive, and the wider Transformation & Client Delivery team. Your primary focus will be on administering the client feedback process and assisting with the delivery of high-quality internal and external events.

Client Experience and Events Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Manage client and employee surveys, including setup, communications, and analysis
  • Produce monthly reports and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate mystery shopping programme with external consultants
  • Manage in-depth client reviews, including research and follow-up actions
  • Monitor and respond to client feedback, including Google reviews
  • Manage event logistics, including bookings, guest coordination, and venue setup
  • Create attendee biographies and name badges
  • Reconcile event receipts and marketing credit card expenses
  • Provide on-site support during events, including meet and greet duties

Client Experience and Events Assistant Requirements:

  • A-Levels, NVQ or equivalent qualification (essential)
  • Office administration experience (desirable)
  • Understanding of Client Service theory (desirable)
  • General marketing experience, including copywriting and digital content creation (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver both positive and constructive feedback
  • Strong multitasking abilities and deadline management
  • Keen interest in data management and analysis
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (essential)
  • Ability to quickly understand complex information and take independent action
  • You will be resilient, adaptable and have meticulous attention to detail
