Description
As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for:
- Managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections.
- Performing credit checks on potential clients.
- Resolving billing disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure credit terms are adhered to.
- Preparing monthly reports and providing feedback to management.
- Ensuring compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
- Maintaining client relationships through regular contact and excellent service.
- Participating in departmental projects as needed.
Profile
A successful Senior Credit Controller should have:
- A strong understanding of credit control processes and principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
- Experience with accounting software is a plus.
