Description

As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for:

  • Managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections.
  • Performing credit checks on potential clients.
  • Resolving billing disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure credit terms are adhered to.
  • Preparing monthly reports and providing feedback to management.
  • Ensuring compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining client relationships through regular contact and excellent service.
  • Participating in departmental projects as needed.

Profile

A successful Senior Credit Controller should have:

  • A strong understanding of credit control processes and principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus.
