Role Summary:

Lead, motivate, and support a team of Support Workers

Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to team members

Address team concerns and conflicts promptly

Service Delivery:

Ensure the delivery of high-quality care that meets individual service user needs

Develop and implement personalized support plans

Monitor and evaluate service user progress

Promote positive outcomes and quality of life for service users

Risk Management:

Identify and assess potential risks to service users and staff

Implement appropriate risk management strategies

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Support Worker
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 3)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
