Business Development Manager
£60-65,000 pa
Hybrid working, based in Aberdeen
An exciting opportunity as a Business Development Manager has arisen with an ambitious travel management company.
- Part of a small team, this role is to win profitable business in line with individual targets
- To promote the brand to a targeted audience
- The ability to present, attend client meetings and network across Scotland is required
- To develop a strategic pipeline of business leads to assist with the future growth of the company
- Self-source and convert business leads into trading accounts
- Track leads and document interactions with prospects through the CRM database
- Prepare and present business documents, including presentations both internally and externally
- Establish and develop strong client relationships
- Demonstrate good business acumen especially in the areas of Margin
- Assist the Head of Business Development in achieving short, medium and long term goals for the business
- Establish strong relationships within internal departments
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Travel experience is preferred but not essential
- Proven ability to close the deal, get in front of decision makers
- Use of Salesforce advantageous or CRM systems
