Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

About the role

  • To lead on the management of outstanding works order and payments for the day to day, compliance and planned works team orders
  • To assist in the delivery of a high quality and customer focused repairs service
  • To support the contract management process.

About you

  • Experience working with suppliers, managing payments and dealing with disputes and queries relating to invoices
  • Experience of working with the public in a busy customer focused environment
  • Be an effective communicator who can converse with a wide range of customers, Contractors across all communication channels including social media, web etc.
  • Good knowledge of IT systems, in particular relating to payment systems and repairs and Asset Management systems/orchard
  • Buildings knowledge to assist in diagnosis of repairs and experience of repairs is essential
  • Problem solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly and calmly
  • Ability to share complex information with a wide selection of callers, many who do not speak English as a first language
  • Proven listening skills
  • Good administration and organization skills
  • Able to prioritise work and manage conflicting deadlines
  • Good written communication skills
  • Be educated to a high standard in English and Math's (minimum grade C GCSE), highly literate and confident working with numbers and statistics
  • Able and willing to attend meetings outside of office hours where required
  • Demonstrate openness in sharing information and keeping people informed
