Description
The Property Litigation Solicitor will:
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants, etc.
- Provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to a diverse client base across multiple sectors.
- Collaborate effectively within a supportive team environment, contributing to the firm's collective success.
- Engage in business development activities to foster and maintain strong client relationships.
Profile
The Property Litigation Solicitor should be:
- A Solicitor or equivalent with 2-4 years PQE in property litigation.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering client-centric advice.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
