A large global professional services organisation are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Employee Investigator for a 6-month contract role. This position offers a daily rate of £220 per day via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) and we are able to offer fully remote working with some travel to your local office when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigation Management: Conduct thorough investigations into employee-related issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Case Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each case, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including HR, legal, and management teams, to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure all investigations are conducted in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Recommendations: Provide clear and actionable recommendations based on investigation findings.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in conducting employee investigations or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
