Salary: £32,000-45,000 dependent on experience
I am actively recruiting for a Conservation Architect to join a highly successful, well-established and reputable practice in Winchester. The successful Conservation Architect will have several years of post-qualification experience, strong technical and design abilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction detailing and regulations.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Conservation Architect:
- ARB Registered
- Substantial post qualification experience
- Attentiveness to detail
- Ideally knowledge of traditional and classical architectural concepts
- Experience in job running across all RIBA stages
- Strong design and technical detailing
- Being well versed in ArchiCAD is advantageous
- AABC or RIBA SCA/ CA accreditations or working towards
- Proven record working on bespoke high end and conservation specialist projects
- Comprehensive understanding of building contracts and contract administration
- Willingness to travel within the UK
- Positive and motivated attitude
- Ambitious to succeed and progress
- Live local to Winchester
